To report a claim to Suydam Insurance:
During business hours: #732-846-6200 and any customer service staff member will be pleased to take your preliminary claim information and give you helpful advice.
After Hours: #866-243-2282- your claim will be reported directly to a Suydam owner or staff member assigned to cover after hours.
To report a claim directly to your insurance company:
Please refer to the directory below with company claims contact information IF POSSIBLE, have your policy number handy for the company representative. The insurance company will notify the Suydam Agency of your claim immediately thereafter .
